Gem State Automate was founded by Brent Dunn after watching local businesses lose institutional knowledge every time a key employee left, spend weeks onboarding new hires who could have been productive in days, and waste hours on admin work that should have been automated years ago.

The AI tools that solve these problems exist. But most of them are built for enterprise companies with dedicated IT teams and six-figure budgets. Idaho businesses with 10 to 100 employees were being left out.
